Therapeutic Coaching®: helps you identify the limiting beliefs, behaviors, and habits that we are operating from and most often are unaware of, and it offers a variety of tools and techniques to rewire our neural pathways and remove the blocks to our success. We can then start to move towards our dreams, our goals and truly create the life we desire, because "the best way to predict the future is to create it"
Rate: $60 per hour
Visualization: Imagination is everything, It is the preview of life's coming attractions. Albert Einstein. Everything that is created is first a thought in our imaginations. This is one of the most powerful tools we have to create our lives. Visualization is a mental rehearsal of what's to come. Research has shown that the same neural connections are fired in the brain when we imagine doing something as actually doing it.
Rate: $60 per hour
EFT: Emotional Freedom Technique is a powerful, safe and gentle technique that can be used alone or with other modalities. By gently tapping on the bodys meridians while thinking of a negative emotion, this alters the body's energy field, restoring it to "balance."
Rate: $50 a session
Meditation: Meditation is a practice that gives balance physically, emotionally and mentally. Meditation is an opportunity to spend time quieting the mind and focusing on the present moment making us more relaxed and better decision makers. There have been numerous studies done on the benefits of meditation, here are just a few:
